As we celebrate 25 incredible years in this journey, I want to take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come. From raising puppies in the basement of my home to building a program that became such an important part of my life, this experience has been more meaningful than I ever could have imagined. What started as a small passion grew into a community, and that has been the greatest gift of all.
 Over the years, Debsdoodles became more than just raising puppies. It became about relationships, the families who trusted me, the updates you shared as your puppies grew, and the friendships formed along the way.Â
 Watching these dogs become part of your lives and homes has always been the most rewarding part of this work.
As time goes on, seasons of life change. After much thought and reflection, I have made the decision to begin closing this chapter. Annie’s upcoming litter will be my final one. This decision was not made lightly, but it feels like the right time to step back and appreciate what these past 25 years have meant.
 I am deeply grateful for every family who welcomed a Debsdoodles puppy into their home, for every kind word shared online or in person, and for the trust you placed in me over the years. Your support is what allowed this small dream to grow into something so special.
 As we prepare for Annie’s final litter, I find myself holding onto the memories that made this journey unforgettable. The puppy pick-up days, excited children meeting their new best friend, and those quiet moments caring for each litter with love and attention. These are memories I will carry with me always.

The Process
Step 1
There is a $300 deposit to hold a puppy. Deposits are placed on upcoming litters, and customers with deposits get priority in the selection process on a first-in first-out basis. Deposit customers may select the puppy of their choice in the order of deposit. We do not take deposits based on the gender or color of the puppy. Once the litter is born, deposits are no longer refundable but transferable to another litter.
Step 2
We do not require an application to make a deposit. Instead, we conduct a get to know you phone call with our prospective buyers prior to our puppies going home. We feel that a phone interview gives us all the information we need to make an assessment and get to know our buyers first-hand.
Step 3
Deposits are non-refundable prior to delivery of puppy. They are transferable from one litter to another if needed. If for some reason you are unable to take a puppy, you may opt to roll your deposit to a future litter. Balance payment is due at puppy pickup. You will receive our contract and an option to pay by check, Venmo, Zelle or Square. There is a 3.5% handling fee to use a credit card.

Dear Valued Customers of Debs Doodles,
We are thrilled to share some exciting updates about our business! Debs Doodles’ main facility is relocating to the beautiful state of West Virginia. However, rest assured we will also maintain a smaller location in Culpeper, Virginia, to continue serving our cherished customers in that area.
Our decision to return to West Virginia is driven by several factors, including health, age, and the current economic climate. We have suffered from the downturn of the Economy and trying to find a more beneficial way to sell our babies without a huge overhead which will let us reduce our prices. This move will allow us to continue providing exceptional service while ensuring our well-being and our dedication to our beloved doodles.
We are delighted to announce that Leah, our experienced Kennel Manager, will oversee operations at our Culpeper farm. With her expertise and passion for doodles, Leah will ensure all puppies are well cared for and ready for their forever homes from our Culpeper location. Deb will be raising these babies in the mountains and bringing them to Culpeper at 8 weeks old.
We are downsizing to a limited amount of litters a year so please check our schedule for upcoming babies. Our commitment to delivering top-notch products and services remains strong. We’ve taken all necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition, and our new locations in Culpeper, Virginia, and West Virginia will allow us to better meet your needs.

Why Us
At Deb’s Doodles, our puppies are loved as if they were to be members of our family forever. Our puppies are whelped and raised in our puppy whelping room until four weeks of age. The Moms and puppies are well cared for with around the clock care.

Health Tested Adults
We prioritize the health and well-being of our dogs and their future generations. We are proud to conduct thorough health testing through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) to ensure that our breeding dogs meet the highest standards of health.

Deb’s Camp Doodle
Deb’s Camp Doodle is a Puppy Training program designed specifically for our Doodles. The training embraces the nature of Doodles and provides a great foundation for your puppy. Our training program is perfect for those wanting a head-start on obedience and basic training.

Virtual Training
We recognize the importance of training and want to do everything we can to help you get started in the right direction as quickly as possible with your new puppy. We have partnered with Baxter & Bella and their online puppy school.

Training Resources
We’ve put together a list of resources for you after your new puppy comes home. Whether your dog goes to our Deb’s Camp Doodle or you train your puppy yourself with our On-line Training Program, a well-mannered puppy is the goal. Having the right knowledge and training aids can make a world of difference.
